I am Anna Wallace!  I was born and raised in Connecticut and have spent most of my life cooking and baking for my family and friends.  I am lucky to be part of a big, blended family-tribe (8 siblings in total!) and the foundation of my love of the culinary arts has been influenced by my grandmothers, mother, and step mother.  Sharing a wholesome meal with the people I love is something I truly cherish.  Many of my fondest memories bring me back to the warm, comforting kitchens where I first learned to crack eggs, beat batter, and whip cream.   When I am not in the kitchen, I am an avid book enthusiast, music aficionado, and animal lover.  I share a home with my loving husband and my three cuddly cats, all of whom keep me grounded and are a huge source of support.  With 15 years of culinary experience under my belt I have spent the past 3 years exploring the delicious world of homemade jams and jellies.  Nothing brings me more satisfaction than seeing the look of appreciation and joy on the face of someone enjoying one of my latest creations.  I want people to feel good about what they’re eating, not just because it’s tasty, but because they know it is being made with fresh ingredients and treated with care.
