I believe in transparency, quality, and buying local.

Transparency: All of the ingredients I use should be easily identified and clearly labeled so you can feel confident about what you’re eating.

Quality: I use only the highest quality produce and ingredients from reputable suppliers to create my jams so that every batch is scrumptious and wholesome.

Buying local: When in season, I purchase as much of my produce as possible from CT farms and suppliers so that my customers know they are supporting local communities.
